Instructions line an 8 x 8 inch pan with parchment paper.
Combine the dates and protein powder in a food processor.
Slice into 12 bars.
Transfer to the lined pan and press firmly.
Spoon the dough onto the baking sheet.
It has 16g protein only 1g of sugar per bar.
If you are always busy and the on the go type slice the protein bars and store them in plastic sandwich baggies in the fridge.
Ingredients 1 1 2 cup 180g cashews 1 cup 160g hemp seeds 1 4 cup 35g flax seeds 1 4 cup 80g maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 4 tsp sea salt skip if your cashews are salted 1 cup 180g chocolate chips.
Place in the refrigerator to chill for about an hour or until firm.
Continue processing until it forms one large ball of dough.
Stop and add the chocolate chips.
