If you want a bar just for squatting the westside bar will be stiffer. I recommend you get the stainless ohio despite the composite bushings the stainless makes up for it. If you are doing primarly oly lifting or are oly lifting high numbers in your cf routine swod go with the oly wl bar. Described as good whip b r bar.
